Hello! I'm Tori. I tell stories about food and family. Sometimes they're novels, like 'A Recipe for Family' and 'Grace Under Pressure' with Simon and Schuster, and sometimes they're cookbooks and travel stories.

I was born in Sydney, and will always consider London my second home. Recently we made a pandemic -tree change from the Northern Beaches, to the South Coast of NSW.

I believe most days are improved with a walk by the beach, good coffee, a long lunch shared with family and friends - and a glass of pink wine.

I write lists compulsively. I probably look at my phone too much.

My husband and I once had a quest to eat at the ten best restaurants in the world. I wrote about it on the blog I kept for years www.eatori.com.

These days I have two small children and I'm usually found wearing active wear, whether I've been to the gym or not.

It's been said that women often write in the hemlines of a day. 'Grace Under Pressure' and 'A Recipe for Family' were labours of love, often tapped out on my phone on the side of soft play and skate parks, while my kids rumbled and rolled.

They are stories of women trying their best, finding comfort in food and friendship. Some is true. Some is fiction. I'll let you guess which bits.
