IN THE PRESS
Tori weaves together recipes inspired by her travels with stories of her adventures in a wonderful way...Like how to make a lazy sangria using tiny liquor bottles. Tori understands the important stuff. "
Tori Haschka is a clever, funny writer with an eye for detail."

Tori Haschka's 'Cut the Carbs!' transformed my cooking life and more importantly my body! I have lost a stone in the most delicious way with only a modicum of will power."
I'm a writer and a host. Most of the time those skills mingle over food, whether it's creating books, stories, recipes, blogging at eatori.com, developing apps, acting as a spokesperson, hosting cooking classes or steering events.
I have 17 years experience in communications, content production and strategy, including a MA in Strategic Communication Management (UTS). I'm also a mum to Will (aged 4) and baby Evie.
My work has been featured in The Sunday Times, Telegraph, Sydney Morning Herald, Delicious UK, Stylist, Grazia, Fox News, Metro, RED, Psychologies, ABC, Mamamia.com.au, The Glow, The Huffington Post, The Independent, The Guardian, Mother and Child and Women and Home.
My food philosphy is simple. I believe a healthy life doesn't have to be a spartan one. I believe we all deserve to know what great food is and how easy it can be to prepare it for yourself and those you care about.
I believe we could all probably do with eating a few less things that are white.
I was born in Sydney, where I'm currently based, but consider London my second home.
I believe most days are improved with a walk by the beach, good coffee, a languid lunch shared with family and friends - and a glass of pink wine.
